My Loving Opinion Of Atrina Unit
As some of you guys know by now, I have seen how my Atrina unit is like after given the opportunity to see it with my own eyes. There is only 3 words to describe it. I love it!
Before I continue, I would like to say please do not be mislead by the length of the living room which is shown on the floorplan as 5400. This figure is inclusive of 850 + 400. So the actual living room length is about 4150+-.
Living Room
First impression was that it is small, no thanks to the bomb shelter. But after some time it is actually not as small as it seem to be. But compare to the corner units, those who like long and bigger living room will be disappointed. But in terms of placing sofa, tv console etc, the layout is what I like.
Dinning Area
I think I will have a hard time planning how to put a dinning table. Size of the table matters as the dinning area is not big. But nothing is impossible so we are going to milk every single brain cells we have to find an ideal solution.
Kitchen
Kitchen is small too, but not difficult to place stove, basin and fridge. There are enough walking space for 3 person, unlike some of the kitchens I saw at other 4 room Sengkang flats.
Service Yard
I always like a proper service yard for clothings and washing machines. So naturally I am satisfied with the service yard, even though its not big. Maybe drying of clothes may not be as good as those using bamboo and clothes hanging out but its not a major concern.
Common & Master Toilet
Very happy with it. Very hotel/appartment style.
Common & Master Rooms
Also very happy with it, the size area and positioning. For those who choose corner units they are going to be disappointed with their bedrooms coz its smaller and the curve shape doesnt help at all.
Overall
Very happy and very satisfied. Always what I like. Very apartment style. I can imagine if I switch on aircons for the whole place will be like hotel, cosy and relax.
